The journal provides immediate open access to its content, making research freely available to the global community under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), unless otherwise stated.

Publication Frequency

Guide for Authors

1. Manuscript Types Accepted

2. Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
  • Submit your manuscript electronically via the designated submission portal.
  • All submissions must include an abstract (200–300 words) and 3–5 keywords.
  • Manuscripts should be formatted in MS Word or LaTeX (where allowed).

3. Structure of Manuscripts

  • Title Page (Title, Author names, Affiliations, Corresponding author)
  • Abstract and Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methodology/Experimental Section
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  • References (APA or IEEE style, depending on the journal)

4. Figures and Tables

  • Should be clear and high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
  • Number all figures and tables sequentially
  • Include captions below figures and above tables

5. Plagiarism Policy

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • A similarity index above 15% (excluding references) will result in desk rejection.

6. Peer Review Process

  • All papers are peer-reviewed under a double-blind system.
  • The process typically takes 2–4 weeks.
  • Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their manuscript based on reviewer feedback.

7. Ethical Considerations

  • Research involving human or animal subjects must include relevant ethics committee approvals.
  • Conflict of interest and funding statements are mandatory.

9. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

To support open access publishing and ensure global accessibility of high-quality research, a flat Article Processing Charge (APC) of $100 USD is applied upon acceptance of each article.

Waivers and Discounts

We are committed to promoting equitable knowledge dissemination and supporting researchers from economically disadvantaged regions. A 50% APC waiver (i.e., $50 USD) is automatically granted to corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries as classified by the World Bank.
